Biography
Michele is the Manager of Consulting for Computer System Innovations. Her areas of expertise include needs assessments, implementations, Crystal Reports, and training. Michele has directed all phases of an iMIS implementation from the design meetings through the end user training to go live on over 20 iMIS projects.
Michele has a BA in Education from National Louis University in Wheaton and is iMIS certified.
